Looking for in a Faction - Lowest level faction that will have me for the next WD.

Am currently a camper and happy in my faction but we are cool with people participating in WD events with other factions and returning to the faction. I'm interested in participating in my first WD but as a camper, I would like to focus on the DL and hitting walls nd minimizing XP. As I have never participated in a WD, will need a bit of guidance as well. I do not want to level past level 50 so I get one last shot at the Tier 2 boss so will only participate until I'm close to leveling out of level 50.

I am looking for a camper faction before is too late. I am just a noob that went ahead doing the missions and event and level up too fast. Right now on lvl 46 with 36k att 38k def and 35k iph. I think that is a really bad start so I want to fix it.

If any one know about a good camper faction that can help me let me know.
