- Let us know what the problem is, what issues to expect and look out for.
- Then tell us what we should do (or NOT do) while you try to resolve the problem.

so true. A little communication about the issues woulda made this so much better. But it seems when gree shuts down for the day, they shut down for the day.

Only SOME of the GoTTis work for GREE, so it may take some time to sort everything out and change the names to protect the innocent.
