If you are in a top syndicate, your stats are high because of a very few number of high-stat weapons...for most of us, our 500th item (actually our 250th item) isn't any stronger then someone with half our stats.
For example...just my top 15 explosives give me stats of 36k / 28k....and my top 20 guns give me attack of over 60k.

With the current LTQ new loot does anyone know whether old map loot are still available eg home-made explosive or last call ?
When LTQ is over will new loot stay or not ?
I believe you can still farm other items not in the LTQ. At the start of the event, I hit the wrong job on East Side and a Grease Gun popped out, so I don't see why not.
I doubt the new LTQ loot is here to stay, though, but that's only a guess.

i haven't sold anything lately , but tought it was 25% return , not sure but some people know !
People have sold fully upgraded building and gotten 10%-25% of the reinvestment .
But before you take out the 50 million off the bank wait for a real answer , unless you have free banking !
The put it back into the bank hurts , with 30% lost !

The latest LTQ never pushed to my device so I eventually did an uninstall/reinstall. Still no LTQ but worse about 30% of the time when I try to visit a hood I get a message saying hood failed to load.
Anyone else experience this and or have a solution?
This is incorrect. You get 50% of the last upgrade cost you paid. For example, assuming no bonuses or modifiers, suppose you had a Level 2 Nightclub ($40mil to building, $66 mil to upgrade to level 2, $106mil total). If you were to sell the L2 NC, you get 50% of the L2 upgrade cost ($66mil) back, meaning ~$33mil, NOT $53mil.
Selling your building(s) to raise money for an LTB is a terrible idea, by the way.
Can someone tell me at what time the Battle starts on Friday and on what time it ends on Monday? And where can I normally find this kind of information?
It starts an hour after noon and ends same time
And that is noon in what timezone?
