What are City Battle bonuses and how do we get them?
Profile > Stats > View Bonuses > City Battle
When clicked on the "City Battle" bonus tab I get message-
"You currently have no items,
Participate in events to earn bonus items."

When the syndicate showdown symbol disappeared I waited about 30 minutes to leave my old syndicate and request entry to the new one.
Next time when I logged in, I received a dialog box saying that I did not receive any individual price
I just saw a question mark!
Some hours before the end of the syndicate showdown I was at least somewhere in the ranking.
My assumption is that I changed the syndicate too early and lost my individual points...
P.S.:
I received a syndicate reward, but do not know whether it was achieved by the previous or the new syndicate as both fell into the same category of rewards...

Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant. In my opinion, I would have waited for the prizes to be awarded before I would leave the syndicate... same as the syndicate wars.

How can people at rank 40 reach a Attack and Defense over 70k. I've been camping for a lot, participated in events and i'm still only on 40k att + defense.

Syndicate prizes. They don't even need to fight. Often it's the camper account of someone high level in a top syndicate.
Yes, I saw this pop-up. But my individual ranking did not show a number but a question mark.
I agree that I changed the syndicate too early and should have waited for the pop-up.
But as this was the first syndicate showdown, I did not know how long to wait.
(My assumption that 30 minutes are enough was wrong - at least in my case)
You probably left well before 30 minutes. I remember people in my syndicate's chat and people on the forum freaking out about when the prizes would come, but actually now that I think about it the Individual prizes were awarded instantly, and it was the syndicate prizes that took ~10 minutes. I got my Individual prizes at 12:00pm PST sharp.
How do you deal with a good rob target that you take from regularly, but has started to post on your wall (rather nicely) asking you to stop. Do you give in and lose a good rob target? Or do you talk smack to them? Do you just ignore them and continue pillaging?
How do you deal with the whiner that can't take the heat?
Maybe I need to check my inventory then.
In case I am lucky I might find one of the minor awards.
Actually I did not spend THAT much effort in the syndicate showdon event...
But to do so I need to overcome my current problem which is android related:
My statistics are screwed up and nearly all loot items from the last 3 months do not show up at all in my inventory.
This happened already 3 times to my account and usually get solved once a new data set gets provided. So now I am really looking forward to the new data set for the Mayor Turnball event!

goods stats around level 29 is about 30K A/D and at least 30K iph

How do you track a player that changed his name? Or do u have search down ur rivals list and try to find him again?
Is anyone having problem purchasing equipment on android crime city version 3.7. I never had a problem with pervious version i could replace consumable explosive in 2 minutes now it half an hour to replace them.
