Still no response. Gree customer support has really gone down hill. It wasn't all that long ago you could get a question answered on how a specific aspect of the game worked with in a few hours. Issues were addressed quickly. I would say after all the time I have waited and received nothing but an automated response is pathetic support. I'm done buying gold. Why should you buy gold if you don't get the prize.

Yes, still no response and I have been replying to my own emails with Gree copied just about every day. I have a new issue and opened a ticket last night. We'll see how that goes.

I was looking through my inventory today and Gree made good. I have the seabed hunter. All is well in CC now.
The follow up reply from Gree was emailed to me the next day. Stating my account was credited with the seabed hunter and an apology for the delayed response. Gree has me back on the happy list!
