I would love to be able to donate to a faction without being a member. That way we can get entry fees before accepting faction requests. This prevents weasels from gathering free intel and leaving.

My faction was in the low 3000s after the battle for china, which we got with a DL that had 20k defense. This war our DL had 50k defense, but for some reason we would be matched up with much stronger factions almost Every battle and we ended up outside the top 4000 this month. I thought it was weird we went up against DLs with 90k -150k and kept getting screwed over. Is this a common problem or has everyone else found cheat codes?

For us, if the matchup is quick, the fight is fairly even. But when the battle takes more than 5min to start, its usually time to get the Vaseline because one side is about to get smashed. We copped a few pretty heavy beatdowns but sometimes its the other way round.

Can you please add more spots between the top 100 and the top 250. My faction has finished 109 and 102 in the last 2 battles. After some thought we could have saved hundreds on gold and just settled for 230 or so.

Has happened to my faction too

Our faction sent one of our high levels to our sister faction while he was inactive this war to be DL. Our sister faction made it into top 1000. Perhaps others have done something similar.

I would sure like to know where we placed in Ireland! Can't really understand why they take our real money for gold and can't even post the outcome for the event. Of course if they would fix the screen in the game it would tell us, but that is waaay to simple!

Preach on, They take weeks to form letter a reply to an issue. They dont fix whats broken. And they cant send out a simple list that they obviosly have.......................

On a similar note to the current topic, how are factions officially matched in WD events?
This was only my factions second time out, and I am very pleased with the effort resulting in a spot I think around 1,700. But we did notice some huge disparities in the matching both in our favour and working against us!

Is the matching based on the DL attack/defence stats? Is it based on number of faction members? Level of faction bonuses? Average stats of all faction members? Or perhaps all of these? Does anyone know?

Take it Easy on the Bonuses
With all the bonuses being given out this game seems to becoming at a stage where it is redicolous. Some upgrades are almost meaningless now. The question is, is there an aspect to the game that be given better bonuses that would not entirely effect the game but a certain characteristic? Or example, the way bases are constructed could be changed. They have tried to integrate bonuses for defensive buildings but could they do it in a more interesting way to which surrounding your base with defensive weapons actually makes it difficult for any player to invade? Not too difficult obviously, but in a way where construction and building ANY building is worth certain bonuses? The extra 5 percent here and there has to be appreciated more doesn't it? We have teams that are getting 100 percent bonuses already which is great if they deserve it. But there has to be an appreciation for it. I know the attack is being more appreciated but the defense is being given out like candy. I personally think they need to make every percent appreciatable an worth fighting for.

Also the sea parts of our map have not been explored... There is much potential for Modern War and its success to continue. It just needs to know its limitations for bonuses.

Instead of percentages of building decreases in time or money, maybe there should be a set amount?

You see this can be fixed. We get awesome units and awesome upgrades. I really like them don't get me wrong, I and many of us have worked hard for them. But I'm kind of getting weirded out. I feel like I don't appreciate like I should these bonuses anymore.

if we could have a lottery for a certain placed faction, so say mine finishes 1684, and a random chance picks this number, the leader of that faction can build a unit exclusive for members of that faction, build it from scratch, like giving a name and power up to say 3000 in atk and def, and pick what kind of unit it is, say air or ground. if someone leaves they lose that unit, if someone joins they gain that unit. i think this would be a cool thing to have, because it would be a better reason for weaker factions to compete. i got the idea from the pirate imperial super unit. it would be awesome for this to happen. thnx
