Level 44 and planning to camp here. I have gold. What buildings should I buy:
Smoke shop
Anchor imports
Blues club
Chicken and waffles
Modern art museum
Sushi Bar
Cowboy casino
Jazz club
Carousel
Empire theater
Mansion
Techno club

That's all I have available at this level. Or should I get cars and equipment?

The only Gold building worth getting from the list is Anchor imports than next one should be Church (level 64) and last one rock cafe (102) .

Anchor is a waste of gold. Church, Rock Cafe, Pirate Tavern, Gentlemens Club and Palm Hotel. Wedding Chapel if you have more gold for building beyond that.

I heard Wedding chapel isn't worth it because it get robbed frequently ?

For the players he's at level 44 the best gold building available for him is Anchor if the player was much higher i would recommended going church instead of anchor .
