I submitted a request to Funzio support and two days later...Voila, my profile id in the game was changed from JG to nycpizzalover so that it matched my forum id. Kudos to Funzio Support. So yes, they do respond and fix if you ask LOL

Yeah, I notice that, JG -> nycpizzalover. I found JG but can't find him, but nycpizzalover level & hood look similar, then I know you changed name.
