That is a true camper for ya! Kudos to him for not leveling from 8-15 like I did on my camper for the damn boss event haha! A true camper in my opinion should be below level 20.

Sure took me a long time. I'm not sure how long exactly but I guess about 7 months. I only did the jobs that were absolutely necessary at the start and never attacked anyone. Leveling form level 8 to level 10 only happened because of others attacking me.
I'm considering leveling up now because allmost all small buildings are level 10 now and I would like to keep building.
