Ironically....I have finished with 9 on almost every single event such as this.

I really like this game, but the BS odds are getting really old. The 9's on the Events, the fact that my chances of winning go WAY DOWN when I am trying to get the last PVP in the Tournament rounds and the fact that I lose FAR MORE "Low Casualty Rate" items than medium or high is making this game very difficult to completely embrace.

I was stupid and bought gems for the beat the knight event. NEVER AGAIN. I will not be ruled by stupid algorithms that are meant for only one thing - separating me from my REAL money.

Too bad they don't try evening out the odds. I understand giving the big spenders the outrageous items - but sooner or later, I'm just going to get crushed by all those who DIDN'T get 9 on all these events. Then, the game gets deleted.

BTW - I have been stuck on 9 scarabs for quite some time now. Ironically. Again.

Me too! Feels good after finishing on 9 a couple of times ��

I have finished with 9 a couple times in regulation but always made it past 10 in OT. Also made 15 couple times and 20 twice in OT (Inferno Elemental 122/78 and Avenging Spirit 143/107).

Finally had a good run - went from 7 yesterday morning to 13 now. Holding out hope for at least 15 in regulation.

I have 15 now and i cant see myself getting 20 so im switching to free option now and all sorries

16 gold tries. 21 free tries

I've gone with the rusty knife from the start and have gotten 7 beatles this far. That's about the same as when I try with the gold option in these events. Though, I haven't managed to open a box in over a day now so maybe I've lost the flow or something.

try mixing the opens with free options and the medium options, that seems to work in "helping" breaking the "sorry" streak and opening a few more

example: I open a box, then if I get 2 sorry in a row with gold option, then I used free in the next, even if I get a "sorry" chances are the next will open
again does not work always (yesterday I had 12 "sorry" in a row) but you never know for sure

9 Scarabs in the first 30 attempts and 2 in the last 40 attempts - I really don't think I will make it to 15.

Why don't they make the first 4 units easier to get for free players and they can still have the gem income for the top 250, top 50 and top 1 prize?

Have you done this without GEMS? If so, I HATE this game.

I made it to 12 last night, almost all gold options, some free, but no gems.

It's almost as if they think they can frustrate players into buying gems ... More likely, in the end if this approach is applied to other elements of the game, it will just frustrate players into leaving the game. I must admit the thought has increasingly been crossing my mind as friends have been encouraging me to join them on other games.

I'm at 15 all cash options no gems, I'm a free player. Got to 14 pretty fast but it's been a struggle since then

I find it very "unusual" to say a word that alot of players make it to the "magic" number of 14, 19, 23/24 and then once you get there, you "seem" to be frozen in time, 1 day no new scarab, 2 days, same situation, and goes on for about 3 days before "time" starts moving again (if lucky)

could it be, that GREEd thinks that putting players so close to the next unit, then not getting more parts will make players use GEMS to get that next scarab to achieve the unit
Some will try a couple of gems perhaps to see the units becomes theirs, others will use gems until they get the units but it seem that most will just get frustrated and just ignore the rest of the event
