i have buy a crematorium today, i got the 10% faster too, he start at 120 hours, that ok ? i don't know the hours without the 10%

how many time u need without the 10% faster ?

and upgrade a domican restaurant to lvl 2 = 9 hours ( right too ? )

120 hours to BUILD a Crematorium.

You can only upgrade a building that has already been built. Build time is not the same thing as upgrade time.

Regular time needed for level 2 Dominican is 10 hours, so if it's only 9 hours for you, the bonus works.

since yesterday i'm only upgrating gatling turrets that need 4 hours from lev1 to lev2 just waiting for the 10%.
of course i've close and reopen ten times cc, and nothing yet

Quite Simply 32.5% is the upgrade time reduction with the loaded dice and the diablo car.
example
100mins standard upgrade time.
75mins using the 25% reduction of the Loaded dice
10% of 75 is 7.5mins so the overall time to build is reduced from 100mins to 67.5mins or 32.5% with both items.
Any other figure is flawed maths.
