Got to 8 pretty easy on Thursday, only took about 40 attempts. That's 50 attempts. I've stopped playing on the iPhone, about ready to dump it from the iPad also. Greedy bastards at funzio should not have altered the chances once you reach a certain level. Screw them, their events and this game.
I used more than 3000 gold. The indestructible unit is a good prize but if I spent that gold on crates, that`s over 60 crates.
I accidentally reset the timer for 15 gold. dammit! Was gonna wait till the last hour to reset it once just for the hell of it.
I've been stuck on 8 for 3 days. Had a 34 hour period where i only opened 2 boxes. That seems to happen every time on the 3rd and 2nd last days. Today i have been opening boxes and a low rate, but i've been opening them which is still an improvement. No hope of getting the 10th, and chances of getting 9 are slim.
someone posted a day or so ago they got 9 and then 10 the next hour. for some reason i believe them, and i think its possible. I am leaving my app open as long as possible to get this unit. its gotta be worth a try.
Last event I reset the time at 14 seconds. Haha, that made me so mad.
too bad i don't have many boxes to open after the events over, cuz i got attacked like crazy since i re-entered this rivals list. Also too bad im not lucky at all. I tend to be 3-4 bars behind the majority of players, every event. Then when they get stuck on 9 i catch up to 8. Then i get stuck on 8 and never get any more.
Titanium bar event and secret doc event i had like 75 boxes by the end. Plane parts and nuclear warhead events i struggle to keep a few boxes and ended both with like under 5 boxes.
Hi to all, here is my experience during this event
day one
tried 20 opens costins $109k per try, and got 7 warheads, 4 of tuem in a row, I feel somewhat sorry because I fought a player for valor points and stole 3 boxes which all contained warheads.
day two
at 3 pm got warhead #8, since then it has been a very dry spell getting 90% "sorry" from my tries.
after 4 1/2 days of getting some units, 500vp and some cash that it kot even closed to the 10 milion I have spent to date I got nuke #9, with only 27 chances for part # 10 left. and again a new dry spell was upon me by 4 am on the last day, so I decided to used my well saved gold bars (980) and start getting cash, drones, vp and riot busters, finally, thank heaven!!! after blowing in the past 5 hours 680 gold bars I got part #10 and the falcon which replenished 5 energy points every minute.
I can say that this event has been the most stressful and expensive yet (it was very expensive due to my financial situation and the gold bars I purchase I try to use them wisely, this is an awesome game and every penny I use is worth it.
I am glad it is over for me with a happy ending, I do not thi k I will be this lucky in the next event since I am almost out of gold bars and do not think will be able to purchase any in a while even if I wanted.
I sincerely hope and wish all of you out there, to get part #10. since i. the end this will only benefit Funzio since every one that is not camping will lv up faster and the game will become more active.

This is my 3rd or 4th event. I can't remember which. Each time I get to 8 and never even sniff 9. This time I have set my timer to open a box every hour during the day, not setting it at night. Now I work and have a family, so realistically I could have opened 50% of the boxes during the day. I have been so into this that the past 2 nights, I have been just waking on my own several times and opening a box. I've been at 8 for about 2 days now. I would like to tell funzio I'm pi**ed and will never play again. I would like to tell you all that it's crazy to do this to yourself. But it's fun and I'm sure I will do it again. Now as I write this my alarm went off and I opened another box. Number 9 warhead. Funzio, you suck....I was just about to go to bed. Work is coming early in the morning. Y'all have fun.
Six boxes left, one hour, eight warheads found, less than 3 1/2 hours left. I'm going to bed. The chance of getting the tenth warhead are as good as the chance of me doing another event. This crap ain't fun, it's frustrating. I don't play games to be frustrated. 1-8 in 2 days, now 51 attempts and no warhead, they cranked up the odds too much at 9.
last night went to sleep and miss my 4 tries, where I should have set the alarm each hour to wake up, but maybe because I have did it for the last 3 days, I haven't got enough sleep and went to a comma last night...wake up at 4.30 in the morning, and since then opening boxes each and every hour...

5 minutes ago, I just got my 10th to my surprise...think I have no hope whatsoever anymore...I cliked the cash open, leave it be, and do my work again...and when I got back, I see a very beautiful picture ever...(which I have already forgotten, because the last picture of it I saw is 3 days ago)
now got 1,500 gold in my pocket, have spent 30 gold to open box, will open a few crates, are thinking to change my Iranian flag (don't know to what yet...maybe Russia, because of the 10th item), and are going for a loooooonnnggggg camping upgrading my base and economy, with little attack and raids from other player I hope since my stat have gone up a bit nicer now...
for me overall this event is a learning point...mainly learning a lot about human nature, and their inclination towards more and more and more and more...really happy at the moment though...

Did anybody make new names just to tell their feelings..? Sort of seems like it.
I remember complaining after my first few events. Now, I expect to get nine and several indestructible units and get some sleep after the event is over.You battle everyone else everyday in the game, these events are kind of my battle with Funzio. One of these days I will prevail. Keep them coming.......
