I was thinking the same thing Warfiend, but the event just started for me 3 hours ago so maybe I'm being pessimistic. But I'm at a higher level so my thinking is that the events are going to be harder for these levels.
That unit looks pretty good though, and I really like the 65% increase in energy recovery. I'm going to keep at it for a few days..

Yeah, I leveled up as soon as it started--got up to answer nature's call in the middle of the night, noticed the event had started,hit the rail gun in naval battle twice,and boom, got to level 65. I'd been holding at 64 since the last event building my economy in preparation for aircraft carriers and B-2s to start rolling off the assembly line. So much for that idea... Now I have to head into this event half cocked. At least I already have two nukes and six weapons boxes waiting to be opened. Well, gotta haul ass back to work.

I am sucking so bad right now!! (Thanks for asking). I keep getting attacked so those stats are horrible, but I'm finally winning when people attack so it's getting a little better. I'm earning enough to upgrade my buildings and units, but people are still attacking like crazy. I'm not even trying to be competitive right now.
