So.. Right when I get everything sorted with iTunes and not being allowed to purchase anything, which hindered me from getting Clowning Glorys in time, I start using a 2nd device and BOOM! suspended again.

Apple customer care are quite good but best way is to ring the apple line instead of emailing them

I also found calling really good, sorted things out real quick and it was a payment issue also
