Waited 45 minutes, only to have the DECLARE button pop up again.
Ridiculous. Ticket sent in, like that matters.

Same issue. Still waiting for next one I declared to start. Been over 30 min now. Frustrating.

same happening here. 45 minutes and then i can declare again. tried again waiting again....

Apparently matchmaking servers r down....all 3 games r affected....
Team is "trying" to get them restarted.....trying being the keyword.....so looks like rest of the SA off.....yippeeee
