Box event ended early
Uh, GREE, the box event ended a day early. Hard to complete the event when it ends before the scheduled time.
Time changes have been going on twice a year for some time, yet this year it seems to have caused a lot of issues. What, if anything, will be done to compensate players for the lost day?

My 3 toons all just needed one more unit for the Antiquary Wrapper, one toon had 23 Skulls, so he would have gotten the event wrapper also. Another toon had 22 skulls.
We should be compensated for this!Purple Squirrel

I only needed one skull for the big event wrapper - antiquary was done - didn't consider gemming as I had a whole day left. Please fix this...

We're are now fully aware that the event ended prematurely for unknown reasons. Once we have finished our investigation into it, we will put up a post on any compensation that will be going out. We apologize for this incident.

Compensation has gone out as follows:
- Token collection tiers given out 2 tiers above where you finished
- ex. If you had 15 tokens, you now have the rewards for collecting 17 and 20 tokens
- Guild goal rewards given out 1 goal above where your guild finished
- ex. If your guild was at (1/5) you now have the reward for (2/5)
- Antiquary rewards given out one tier above where you finished
- If you completed Antiquary: Common, you now have the rewards for completing Antiquary: Uncommon
- If you completed Antiquary: Uncommon, you now have the rewards for completing Antiquary: Rare
- If you completed Antiquary: Common AND Antiquary: Uncommon, you now have the reward for Antiquary: Wrapper
- Event Wrapper reward given out if you:
- Collected at least 17 tokens
- Completed Antiquary: Rare
- This does NOT apply if the above were gained from this compensation
- Token collection tiers given out 2 tiers above where you finished

I just checked my inventory:
antiquary wrapper: Pirate Drider Cursespinner 198m/116m 5% ally attack
event wrapper: Pirate Sidious Elder 66m/265m 15% ally attack
I was missing 1 unit in uncommon, finished common and rare with 23 tokens --> I didn't get anything

Had 20 or 21 and finished rare and common. Didn't get the pirate elder for 15% alliance attack.

Please send in a ticket if you believe you are missing rewards. We did not compensate for missing loot items i.e. you were missing a collection item for antiquary.

so forgive me if I am confused, but I had antiquary Rare and 23 tokens. Should I have received the event wrapper? 15% alliance attack
I think I should, but support does not think so.
