hi prime minister, do we receive a special reward for buying the 4 units?

In addition sir....we can now buy enough units to have 100% double strike?? Is that for real? So we are guaranteed a double strike everytime? This needs some clarification soon as it only lasts 5 days. Can you get some info?

Is verified they stack. ...whether it's intended that way or not is the question. Need info from a mod asap. Please not the speculation of everyone else
