Check if your google play store app is up to date, on both my devices (droid) I had to update the google store to get CC to load a few days ago. Hope that helps

I needed to do the same yesterday when i wanted to switch acc. Updated and no problems.

Updated update: got a second message a few minutes later and it downloaded flawlessly. Still skeptical to say the issue is fixed though...
