Lack of Response
This post is for anyone working with Gree. I have sent 4 email with no response, starting back on 12 April 2015. I had purchased some gems to finish a trial during the last battle. I lost internet connection during the purchase. I was charged for gems and never received the gems. If this is not resolved soon then I'm contacting Apple for a full refund. The lack of response and the amount of time I have waited to hear from Gree is unforgivable. I paid for services that were never given, I'm quit sure that this falls under fraud.
