Personal boosts need to be fixed

When are you going to fix the cap on personal boosts? Currently stops at 200; with how freely giving away boosts now it diminishes all the work you have put in the game by devaluing the boosts when they had to be actually earned. What is this a form of communism? Please remove the cap on personal boosts.

Want to make game better combine older worlds. Make a larger map, player keeps bases they have and put them randomly on a map. Older worlds are loosing players all the time and there is a need to do something.
