If a feedback thread is not meant to have any feedback from Gree, they might as well just discontinue posting them. It wouldn't be difficult nor time consuming to say, "reegarding feedback A, we are looking into it." Or, "regarding feedback B, this is necessary or unavoidable for reasons of game balance, code limitations, time constraints, etc."

The current "mushroom" format (keep us in the dark and feed us "gree") all but ensures the same feedback will be posted until it is addressed.
There is really nothing unusual about a developer posting a thread seeking customer feedback, and there are no rules that state they should be giving feedback to your feedback. You seem to have come up with that definition on your own.
