Tadaah,Clementine I Have sent both you a PM Regarding Faction Leader Lost Game when he needed to reset Device and Cloud Back up Didnt Work!!
He has sent numerous tickets and it's been over a week now,tickets UNASSIGNED??
Is it really that hard to restore a game back onto the device it was on?
Why do tickets get ignored?
Ticket#203804 any chance someone could actually address this ticket?
Customer Service like this has The Leader and many long term PAYING Customers considering quitting this game.
A reply would be appreciated whether you can help with this issue or not.
