I've had enough of this, my stats keep dropping, I lose against players a 10th my strength, cannot declare war... I play to relax, this is not relaxing!

That shows wrong. That's for two wins. The 60 wins is a 950k/490k with +15% machine atk bonus

I can connect but every time I attack someone the server doesn't respond and after a couple minutes I get a message saying that I have no internet connection. (obviously I so since I am sending this.)

Predictable result when you try a major deploy right before war. So predictable we have to ask is this intentional. Nobody can be this accidentally incompetent.
