Well there isn't much feedback to give cause we can't start with crafting anyway.

There is no building to be found.

"Loot Item Not Available For Purchase"

Way. To. Go.

I restarted KA, went to the quest log, found the quest "Craft a Hero" hit the buy now, and it came up that way...

recommend you now try same since it worked for me :-)
