If Gree could give us a non-generic incident status (eg it was cause by update X, we have identified code that is at fault, we are currently testing a fix etc) it might appease some of the ill will.

Standard protocol for incident management, might stop everyone from ditching the game.

Thanks for posting this. The team identified the issue and it has been fixed, however the update with the fix will not appear for download until Apple approves the update in the App Store. Our apologies for the inconvenience and we do appreciate your continued support and patience!

I don't know the process to get Apple to release the update, but I only assume they have a "emergency" release if possible. Yes/no? Are we gonna have to wait a week or more?

Here is a suggestion on how to prevent future mishaps like this one.....TEST the update prior to rolling it out. I know this may sound earth shattering but it just could work!!!

Hey Folks! The update has been approved by Apple and should be available for download shortly. It will take some time to show in the App Store, so please check it frequently. Once you see version 4.5.1, please download immediately. You will NOT need to reinstall the game.
