We have asked for some additional eyes to look into this topic.

1. Let us recant. While Building Defense is being calculated into the equation, it is not playing a big of a part in the outcome as originally thought. For this we offer you our sincerest apologies, we will be working on tightening information flow more closely over the next few weeks.

2. It appears that some of the discrepancies may be caused from the introduced bonuses. We are going to make some changes to this implementation. This attempt may not solve all topics on this matter, but this should improve the current situation.

Again, let us apologize for the confusion on this matter. We hope this helps clear up any remaining questions.

Things have definitely changed for the worse and I don't know why Gree continues to lie to us. Before stat inflation took off you could raid if you're within 20 to 25% of the defense. So for example the 400 million att could successfully raid 500 million defense. It was understood and accepted since the numbers were relatively close. Now I get rated by 400 mil to my 1.2 billion defense. It's a joke. What makes it worse is you go to their bases and they are dog crap with level 1 special buildings at best. I provided examples to support and got the canned lies multiple times...random, skill points etc.

Only Gree could so recklessly screw up customer appreciation month. No kidding all of us were correct for 18 straight pages. No kidding Gree has no idea how their game functions, because no one from Gree plays it. If anyone employed by Gree had ever played their game, they would have already known the problem w/in an hour of it occurring. We all knew it. They were talking to employees who said how they think it works, with none of them knowing how it works because they don't have the app. That much was proven.

Why would any customer accept an apology (let alone 1/2 an apology) without the culprit promising anything that might keep terrible bugs from going ignored for a month, as it has so many times before, and will certainly happen SO many times again. Apology is NOT accepted until and unless SOME action is taken to avoid a repeat next week or next month.

it is simple - someone from Gree needs to play MW a few minutes a day. You would find these never ending bugs w/o 18 pages of us explaining doo doo to you you over and over again. Any Mod who doesn't play this game is useless to all MW customers. Any Mod who had played this game even a little, would have already known of this problem 30 days ago, w/o ANY doubt, and could have called BS to any Devs who said differently. At the very least, Gree must stop dismissing its customers as too ignorant to know how the game has worked right up to the moment that the next in a never ending parade of bugs is unleashed. Gree wants to show its sorry, then DO SOMETHING to stop more of this.

Well said. I was definitely taking advantage of this raid 'mishap' although i believe it was incredibly stupid to begin with. If gree actually spent more time looking into their game than rolling in their riches, we might have a better time.
