+15% Health Regen Time vs. Manasa

What does this do exactly? Does it take 15% longer to regen? ..... If so then would obviously reduce free hitting and require more gem usage.

Obviously, whatever your health regen time is (based upon guild bonuses), you will regen 15% quicker than before just for Manasa, which we all assume is a Raid Boss...

Because 15% longer to regen is obviously the boost that Gree was going for smdh... yes, they screw lots of stuff up, but after the fact, not before ;-)
