We don't know, because the Earth* was destroyed mere minutes before it finally determined the Question.

    * An enormous supercomputer, whose mere parameters Deep Thought was unworthy to calculate.

First we must define faith and religion:

    re·li·gion
    riˈlijən
    noun
the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods.

    faith
    fāTH
    noun
    1.
complete trust or confidence in someone or something.

    Then, let's look at spirituality:

"Modern spirituality is centered on the "deepest values and meanings by which people live." It embraces the idea of an ultimate or an alleged immaterial reality. It envisions an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of his/her being."

These are the first definitions that come up when Googled.

By definition, science does not cater to any supreme being or God, therefore complete trust in science couldn't be considered a religion.

However, it can be considered spirituality, because you can completely trust the deepest values and meanings you live by. Deep belief in science is almost inherently spirituality.

I'd like to see a 5th Element TV Show...not sure how they'd do it, not sure what they'd cross it with. But I want it. Oh, and Zorg must somehow not be dead, cuz his gun commercials are the best!

Because it allows us to share a closeness with an animal that we like as opposed to distancing ourselves once we don't.

What was your favorite childhood career for later in life? Aka what did you want to be when you grow up?

I'd love to say someone famous or important, but I'd love to have an hour with my grandfather. While he was still alive I didn't appreciate him, and now I miss hearing his stories.

Basically anything combining horses, weapons and armor...I'm particularly fond of the Mongolian general Subedai and his plan for invading Europe, and pretty much all of Roman warfare. I'll make an exception for Patton, since he considered his mechanized units merely upgraded cavalry.

Do you adore or despise "mecha" anime?

Kinda neutral. Actually, I haven't watched anime in many years, but when I did I thought it was great no matter what the characters were. The way the drawings were and the way the stories unfolded was so different than what I was used to.

Is a college degree overrated in today's society/economy?
