Great post !! You left out a collect all button but that thread was started .
What's truly sad (albeit slightly hilarious) is that this forum has become such a flame-fest, to the extent that Gree has actually assigned someone as part of their role to go clean up insulting and foul language within posts. The main issue is that there is no proper issue/suggestion tracking or management in this type of forum. I think I posted this a few years ago before my original forum account disappeared, but ngmoco had a very good solution for this, I believe they leveraged a 3rd party provider (getsatisfaction.com) which had a voting mechanism so that one could choose which item needed the most attention. Basically there was a "bugs" subforum and an "ideas" subforum where folks could post things, and others could vote for them, and ngmoco could aggregate the votes and inject their acknowledgement, to see which things people cared about the most. Gree really needs a mechanism to tally this stuff to avoid noisy flame-posts like this.
Not to discredit the OP, some points are valid, some are flaming, but all of them are redundant with past posts.
EDIT
Ha, the forum I mentioned is still up even though the game is long gone ... you can get the idea of how it worked though: https://getsatisfaction.com/ngmoco/topics
The "subforums" are on the left, broken up into ideas, problems, updates, etc. I also see that, for ideas and problems, the game company is able to display the status (i.e. under consideration, planned, completed)

The premise of my post was that Gree needs to listen to their players. The points I mentioned of course were redundant and meant to be. People have mentioned some of those changes for a while and they aren't being heard. Do I think suddenly it'll change now? No. But it doesn't hurt to keep on the issue in hopes that one day soon it'll happen.
It's not that the teams don't see/hear your suggestions. They do; many suggestions (if they make it into the game) take quite a while to implement. Someone may make a suggestion and not see it come to pass for over year. Some suggestions don't make sense within a game or its goals. Others are awesome.
It should not take up to a year to increase level cap by 50. Or to add new guns to store. It seems like they only add stuff that will make them more money, and more money ONLY.
Level: Low
Stats: Beast
That is all....
Tadaaah, with all due respect, i can understand the suggestions that take a long time to implement into the game.
But why did it take you 2 YEARS to update the items in the store? In terms of programming, that's 1 hour of work. You never seem to forget to update the gold items once every few days.
Increasing the lvl cap (especially considering you already did it once) - same thing. Minimal work.
You already have used the comma key when it comes to money, Xp and energy. Why can't you just use that in attack and defense stats.
