Who has the highest IPH without +1 building mod?
Them old fc folks that got that +1 building upgrade mod have some beast hoods. I wonder who has the highest IPH that doesn't have that mod.
Anyone know who's up there? I recall monte packin some heat...Pagoda no good.

Interesting topic sleazy.
Eagle Eye Eddie always had a good IPH but he joined FC for the war with the +1 building mod.
Other high IPH players from what I remember are max mayhem, jaywalker and J Mieger.
