Both of these events use health...why do they overlap?

what is a "GLTQ"? LTQ is individual, FLTQ is faction, so I'm confused

gltq = guild limited time quest
fltq = faction limited time quest
they are the same thing just different letterings. ie pa (power attack) and fa (full attack)
