well, based on the percentage listed, you should get one legendary basically every 7 lvl 100s. Then within that, you have a 33% chance for each one.

unfortunately it is not always 1/100 of the boss health. boss 120 is 42,849,034 damage for loot. which is 1/200 of total boss health.

maybe at boss 100 and up its 1/200 and below that its 1/100
