    Guild roster problem. Need help ASAP

    One of our guild members just found himself outside the guild, but we still see him in guild. If he applies, we accept him, but he doesn't get added to the bottom of the roster and in fact doesn't actually make it into the guild, even though the roster shows him in still.

    His raid boss ranking has disappeared as well. We actually have two like this. One has been able to join another guild temporarily, but we need to get them back in ASAP.

    Please help!!

    Gal,
    I have seen this before, happened to me a few months back. Have your founder boot the player from the guild and have them reapply. This should get them back in.

    That should work. If it doesn't, send in a ticket with a description of the problem, ask that the ticket be escalated, and we can fix from here. This is a really old problem that we've been seeing more cases of recently, so we're trying to figure out what is going on there to put a stop to it again.

    It just happened again, only THIS time, it moved the star to the person at the top of the roster (NOT the founder).

    Btw, booting didn't work last night, that was the first thing we tried.

    Need this rectified ASAP

    a lot of guilds seem to have reset to how they were a few days ago. Old members back in and new members out.

    This is affecting anybody who jumped guilds in last 6 hours

    Everything you have suggested as a fix has NOT worked....please fix this...and yes...expedited tickets have been sent in

    Okay, yeah, looks like this is widespread. Engineers are aware and tracking this down now.

    Rosters seem to be fixed but Foundership status is still messed up, if you passed foundership during jumping, it's all messed up. Foundership was reverted back to last founder from 2 days ago but that person doesn't have control, can't assign officers and can't boot. Please look into it.
