What I find a bit strange is that with this building being so expensive, it clearly caters to the people who have very high IPH, or those high enough to save up the billions required before the end.

These very high IPH people will be the same people who are able to max out their army with the top 35k units (Growlers etc.), so they don't really need or want these prizes except perhaps the last level, which is still nothing to write home about.

Anyone even on the fence about having high enough IPH should spend their money buyings units instead for the crazy stat gain.

I keep checking here to see if there is a reward bonus for level 10 upgrade - and then I keep remembering that there is no reason to upgrade this building any further :/
