As RB said, go with the goodfella upgrade. If you already have that, just save it and use it sparingly to finish a level on a LTQ or if you need it to finish an epic boss. Or blow it on Scratchers baby!!!!!

Upgrade to Goodfella, if your already a Goodfella and you want IPH them buy a Gentlemans Club, leaves you 50 gold spare, as someone already said don't blow it on the lockbox event.
