Many members of my syn and myself included have noticed that when full we are only getting 3 hits. Anyone else having this problem and if so will sending a ticket even matter? Maybe a mod could help?

This has been happening for months. You can send a message for support and they deny it. You can count them every single time and know for sure it happens, support will say your wrong.
When I sent a ticket in about this ages ago, the support agent admitted there was a occasional glitch which resulted in 26 health points being deducted rather than the correct 25. Just how long does it take to fix these things?

I was told that it was registering 4 hits, but am the 3rd one was double hitting, although when checking my win count it was only going up by 3. They say anything that comes to mind.

It all evens out. I've had a few 4's turn into 5's this weekend. Thought I was imagining it the first couple of times but i double checked my work and had the numbers examined by experts in that particular branch of mathematics, who reached the same conclusion as I.
nobody look with attention...cuz ure only interest is hit and pay for refill....same me, but i saw 1 month ago already....minimum 1 month

You only see 3 hits but you are credited 4 hits, i noticed it and checked
no no i counted...3 hits and he ask me to refil
1 month? This has been happening since before I left my first syn , your talking 7/8 months.
