Our syndicate completed the SLTQ and I completed the LTQ
10/10 for both me and the syndicate.
I received the prize for the LTQ and the prize for the SLTQ, but did not receive the prize for completing both.
Is anyone else having this issue?

I only got the individual one not the other two. And my syndicate finished the SLTQ.
Same here, I sent a ticket. I doubt they'll help me!!!
This is so wrong. At least I'm not the only one!!!
They won't do anything to fix this, I'm still waiting for my raid boss prize which they admit I should have and are dumb enough to think it's a "display glitch" for me even tho my stats didn't move for others and it's not in my inventory. I burned a lot of gold this SLTQ and was a few hits away from finishing solo LTQ when I had to buy more gold, but Gree ofc fu*ked that up so I missed it. Thats two big prizes I should have and have paid for. Doubt I will get em tho :'(
So have they acknowledged that many of us have not received the prize and modifier?
It says a lot when A&F and CJ54 or any other Mod won't admit to the problem many of us are receiving. This is the last dime I'm going to spend on this game if I don't get my deserved prize. Everyone should be requesting for a refund if they don't get the prize in a week.

Those that did not receive it, what device are you on? iPhone? iPad? Android?
My mini account that did not receive the award was on the iPad HD Version...
I didn't recieve it either and I am on an iPhone what should I do? And how do I prove I did it?
