I have tried both Funzio id transfer and backup restore but nothing works. I have both my devices but I cant transfer. Also sent a ticket.

I had to transfer 3 accounts to different devices last 2 weeks, the last transfer was requested just before thanksgiving and I am still waiting for it to complete. The first 2 were transferred within 2 days.
this is the way it normally works:
- create ticket from within the app, just sending an email to the mailbox doesnt work
- mention that you want to transfer to new device
any other information in your mail is ignored
- you will receive first (immediately) an automated response with a ticket number
- normally within 24hrs you get mail with instructions info to provide
- after you provide info to second mail it normally gets transferred within 2-3 days
I think they have a backlog to work through because of thanksgiving and the guild wars event.
I have been waiting 8 days now, nothing since the automated response....
They fixed it for me in same day. I was surprised.

How hard would it be to make the game playable once device you are logged into Game Center on. Like call to arms and I think even the Simpsons game allows it. Investment up front would save tons of hours of manual lay swapping down the road.
