Post Who fooled me? Gree or I?

When I saw the individual part of the war I thought it was a good way to increase stats, I had a believe the prizes would stack up like in the guild part, turned out that it was a big mistake to think that. I haven't had any splash screen yet but I'm pretty sure I was top 700 and it didn't came free. My own fault I guess but at least I know that I don't need to look at that quest in the future.

I said it was my own fault, I didn't read the forum before and I missed it in KA, so did many of my team mates. It's what it is, I made Gree a little richer for a ****ty raise of stats. Won't do it again.

after seeing ALL the rewards, I assumed it was single reward.
I could not fathom seeing #1 get every reward there, especially when top 3 were over 200k each (plus bonuses), and top 40 were over 100k (plus bonuses).
It's bad enough guilds get every reward under their tier. If the individual rewards were as such, FUN and RK would have members with 100m stats after that war.

Well, I can admit that it wasn't my brightest moment lol, just assumed that the reward system was alike without thinking. FUN and RK members will be untouchable soon anyway so it wouldn't matter if they did it that way.

Well with Gree youŽll never know so I say your thoughts was understandable. However the big problem with awards is that you will never know how good it really is. I spended a lot of gems to get me a nice individual award and for the guild to get a decent award for top 200.

But if you add these two awards stats its still less than the Dragon given out by misstake last box event. I am in a guild with around 20 members and a lot of Europeean players who slept during the beginning of the box quest. When we woke up Gree had already fixed it and for us that means that almost every single guild we met during the war had the dragon and we dont. Compared to the dragon which most guilds got for free we faught hard and spended alot of real money for worse.

The bonus attached to the war-rewards however makes it better than the dragon if you have high stats, but still. The main issue is that when you se a reward with 30k attack you cant know how much its worth.

So many people up in arms over the Individual units not stacking. Has anyone given a moment's thought to the chaos if gree decided to stop stacking guild war rewards....

I'm another of the people who (understandably) thought the individual rewards stacked. I only just joined the forum after months of play, so the announcement here was worthless. I've seen someone comment that it was posted somewhere in the game, but I never saw it. I'd like to see a screen shot of the announcement/fine print/whatever it was so I could see how I (and a lot of others) missed it.

I will say that I think it was a mistake on Gree's part not to make the announcement a bigger dead in game. My background in psychology supports the fact that if something is always done a certain way, you really really really have to get a person's attention to point out there has been a change. Otherwise, fair or not, there is going to be a feeling of having been cheated. Were customers cheated? If there was "fine print" accessible in-game, strictly, no. But I can say as a successful business owner that you never want your customers to feel cheated even on accident.

Gree: you never want your customers to feel cheated even on accident.

It's short term money at the cost of long term loyalty. A lesson for customers and Gree alike. I know several people who have now sworn off gem purchases. More diligent effort on Gree's part to counteract a known and normal psychological habit common to all humans would have avoided this in all but the most extreme cases. Blame aside, this was not a good outcome strictly from a business position.

I won't bother with a screen post of something from the past but I will steer you to the Rewards tab, then the Individual tab underneath it, then (when the next individual rewards actually get posted) I recommend you look above the many icons and you will undoubtedly see what I saw last conquest-- a sentence stating that you will only receive one reward unit (or some such)... that's where it was last time... hope it helps!
