Dropped boxes not registering (Android)

Hi All,

Anyone else have boxes drop (when raiding or attacking) and them not register towards the total number of boxes you have? This is happening to me.. I sent in a ticket but have not heard back in two days.

Are you sure it isn't registering before you see the box appear? On my droid device boxes are added to my total before I see them bounce on screen. So when I tap box and it goes to top corner my count doesn't rise cause its already been counted.

I noticed that I wasn't receiving some of them as well. Did not keep track of how many though since I really don't put much faith into the "random"ness of the rewards since I rarely receive anything other than a "sorry."

it has been like that half a year already. Most of the boxes go missing on android
