    My experience with those offers, is if it's a free one, you won't get the gems unless you file a report. I've done like 20-30 of the free offers and I've NEVER gotten the gems without filing a report.

    Did you also OPEN the app? You have to run the app too.

    I downloaded Jungle Heat, ran it real quick, closed it, went back to the game, and my gems were instantly there.

    If it's a GREE game gems come faster than a 3rd party app.

    I downloaded that one with cards for 5 gems, never paid off, and some others downloaded still havent paid off.

    I did get gems for videos lately though ..but not for downloading, and yep I played for a while.

    Some just never pay off. I used to contact gree, dont bother anymore.

    You have to contact gree on most offers sadly.

    There is a button on the top right of the offers page.. I usually do 4-7 a week and have to put in 2-3 tickets every week too.

    I just had a completely new random person ask to be my friend through the game, who then apparently did the tutorial, because I finished the More the Merrier quest and got my Steam Wizard redemption! Thanks whoever you were!

    Is there a form to contact Gree. Someone accidently pushed declare button, so I had to use gems to fight. First network connectively issues ..then I get in and use gems to refill and push fight button and it is spinning at super high speed like Ive never seen before. Stole my gems and the war points I would have gotten.

    Afraid after that to gem, easy target finally ..so far Gree is giving me issues with fighting this war. I hate to lose war points and use gems to do it.

    After this post we were discussing it and at least 3 or more of us in my guild lost hits..while they were putting up the extra sticker for the boss awards. So it wasnt just me, I just happened to be the only one who paid gems for them.

    This on top of offers that didnt pay off latey. Kinda annoyed right now and usually I love war.

    If i should uninstall and reinstall the game, will my account still be saved? I obviously don't want to lose my progress

    'Cause I'm having a lots of problem since the last big update... i should try to uninstall everything but i don't want to risk

    I'm curious about how the war scoring works. I can do the same battle 3 times and get a different score each time.
