Dark prince's royal armor(lvl20) + Hydormancers mantle(lvl11) got me a Blackfrost Raiment(lvl16)
I get the feeling you get better results from leveled armor then lvl1 armor, anyone to confirm that feeling?

Either than affecting the level of the resultant armor, it doesn't seem to have any other impact.

Swamp Shaman + Dark Prince Royal Armor = Blackfrost Raiment.
Sadly not Moontide or Blazeborne, but at least it isn't Glacier, either.
