I'm a free player who didn't get the benefit of being in the top alliance at any point so far, so I've missed out on a lot of the free epic commanders. As of now, my best commanders in terms of having them fused are 40/40 Rosie with 4300/8000 stars, 36/40 Parker with 0/8000 stars and soon 30/40 Rampage with slightly less than 8000 stars due to error in first week I played.
