There are a lot of armors worth fusing... Guardians BattleGear, Combustion, Clayplate.. are all really worth having, unless you're 100+ and have better stuff. Most people aren't there.

Replace level 100+ by "can get to boss level 43".
(Bear+, none yet for Combustion, Swampstone+)

The range of "can't get to boss level 43, but can level a legendary without great pains" people probably isn't very wide. (not that that will keep people from trying anyway and probably gimping their progress...)



I think if no better results are added in the next 2 weeks, I'll start using boss non-plus and some boss+ armors as enhencement fodder.

Yes, it is.

You can get a legendary to level 25 in a day with just basic armors. You can farm enough snakeskins in a day with just hydra+ to get it to probably 40.

Maxing a legendary doesn't take good armors, or high level, it takes time and gold. Frankly, I've seen accounts that had combustion or clayplate maxed before they even got to Zephyr plateu or the swamps. The tough part about being low level/having poor armors, its GETTING armors that are WORTH leveling.

Agreed. The key is to pick which armors worth leveling.
I've got 2 legendary maxed prior getting to zephyr. (I admit, I don't do quests that often)

I got 2 legendaries from combining 2 stars armor (that's right, 2 and not 3!).
Their chances are pretty decent. Clayplate and blackfrost. I did combined more than 30+ to get 1 though... so basically they're do-able.

I to be honest still don't have a maxed 3-star/Legendary, and I finished Kingdom of Darkness like 20-30 times XD

Barbarian loves me wayy too much ;_;
Air Fusion + Fire Fusion = Barbarian's Raiding Gear
Scorchstone aegis + Featherblade gear = Barbarian's Raiding Gear

Also tried for Moontide,
Swamp Shaman + Roc Feather = tortoiseshell aegis.

So many fusion stones, nothing to use it on ;_;

Fusing is much harder now. Seems like you are more likely to end up with worse armor than you start out with.. Think chances are more in line with the horrible chests now. Granted was necessary with changes, but jeez we can still only fuse non-plus.

My recent fails since changes include:
A 2 star from 2 * 3 stars, a snakeskin (1 star) from a 4 star + 2 star and my 2 tries for moontide with 2*4 stars gave me one 3 star and some crappy old 4 star armor

That's 3 attempts and 3 4* mono results (my first try yielded a Cloudking).

So now my fusable 4* monos are: 2F, 3E, 3A, 1W, 1S. I've got another 10 fusable dual element 4*s - but they never seem to work). By fusable i mean not maxed and never used.

Someone prob already posed this but I just fused the half dragon warrior armor from the dp+ and swamp + so that should b on possible fusion combinations. Not that any one cares lol

buddy in my guild got moontide from swampstone platemail + aegis of the fallen
