Can someone delete their own declaration post, like they can their own message, or is it like notices, which can only be deleted by officers/leaders. At least it would help him narrow down his culprit, if so... as it doesn't seem A&F can/will help.

ios can delete their own forum posts even if they are not an officer....droid cannot....it's probably on "the list" of things A and F would like to fix but can't yet...or at all, even. Just watch the forum closely, you'll catch the person, and they're on ios so that should also help...there's also a lot of chat room "burn lists" you can have the player added to so they can't continue ruining the game play....adding them to such a list means no syndicates will accept them. ;-)
