Is fusing epics back?
The fusion results thread is posting that some players fused epics after the upgrade today. The news is being buried in the bad chest results postings. I want (ok need) confirmation of whether epics can be fused and which ones.
Can y'all tear yourselves away from the beast chest and try some fusions and post the results here or there? I'll be doing the same later tonight.iOS GUILD: THE PALE RIDERS

The ONLY Epic being confirmed is Moontide. No word on the rest, as far as we know Moontide may be the only fuseable one at the moment.

I'm interested if someone can let me know how top do it and with what. (I'm tired of being a level 90+ with just legend armor) so this will be to get epic, and if i don't, then I'm done.
This is my list of 4 stars
Notus
Slime
Aegis of fallen
Cloud king
Levitan
Feather blade
Scorstone
SoulshardLVL 35 of wicked wrath, lvl 36 of armor of notus, lvl 18 of aegis of the fallen, lvl 36 on slimbane battlegear, lvl 15 of CloudKings Finery
I am open to how to upgrade faster as well if you think I should continue upgrade the three main 30+ armors or just upgrade all 5 as I can.

That's two sprit/water mono fuses with junk results. I suppose the universe is pretty big of fusable legendaries (assuming you cant get what you're using for fusing and otherwise even odds, it's at worst 1 in 9 and at best 1 in 7 - best odds using two of the below monos):
Moontide
Spectral Captains
Blackfrost
Starsong Shroud
Chitinous
Hydromancers
Bone Harvester
Eldritch keeper
Etherial Garment

Not only is epic fusing back, but now + armors are fusable if you use two maxed nonplus of the same armor

Short answer: There is no concrete proof one way or the other.
TL : DR answer:
- There have been multiple people who claim to have gotten Moontide, but not enough to justify saying "for sure" since the old data is irrelevant according to some, and no other Epics have been reported to have been fused except for the Beast+ that some guy in a guild we don't know of supposedly said he got.
- Many have said "I think I used..." Again, leads to more uncertainty. If you are trying to fuse an Epic, you should be aware of what you are fusing so that you can limit your results to get more accurate data, as more and more people use the same armors, to compile better data. If you "think" you used one armor, but actually used another, you are doing the data collecting a disservice. Granted, not everyone reads pages upon pages of forum posts looking for what to fuse, but, a little time investment will go a long way. Other people also have claimed to have fused Epic's, but using element combos that would be invalid, or would not yield said Epic. (saying you fused fire and earth and got spirit...)
- People have screenshots, but again, those could be old.
No one can say with 100% certainty that Epic fusion is back, or isn't back.
Again, I would start to trust it once it comes from a reliable source (someone from Majestic/Cent/RR/Untouched, longtime forum member, etc) over random just started posters. Just my opinion. And like Levar Burton said... you don't have to take my word for it.
And considering people ask what seems like every hour on the hour, in new and old threads, about if epic fusion is back, you have to understand why it gets old giving the same response over and over.Last edited by busteroaf; 10-01-2013 at 12:28 PM.
