There's only two episodes left, only so much can happen. I think he is going to die from his lung cancer abruptly but I have no idea what will happen before that. Possibly Jesse seeking revenge. I don't think he's going to die just yet.

They can't kill walter off.

Of course they can. The whole story the director is trying to get you to see what Walter has become. It reminds me of Macbeth, not only that I think they are the same actor, but the storyline resembles it a lot. It would not surprise me after everything that just happened that he will die.
