Another reason why you might not get it is because you would not have the goal in the goal list so when the syndicate completes say #5 out of 25 then your game would not know that it was completed

i used to play pokemon. i had heartgold/soulsilver black/white black2/white2. and pearl/platinum.

3ds copy comes out oct 12. i checked. my favorite games were heartgold/soulsilver. i dont play anymore though
