It's time for you to upgrade the vault limit. With all the LTQ buildings released, 90 mil vault is to easy to reach. I can get 1 maybe 2 upgrades on the LTQ building before it to far over the vault limit. Most people don't let there cash go over the limit which just get goes to worthless units or to there faction.
