I'm always active during events but for main battles if I'm not off work then I can't do as well. Usually make between 10k-15k.

Looking to leave group as they don't participate in events leaving most with terrible stats.
You're going to have to broaden you're horizons, with 10-15k ip you won't get into a top 150 syn, especially as you say you're not active during battles. Just some friendly advice so you find a team before battle
